I would get it inspected--it contributes toward your credibility as a seller.
I won't buy a car that is not currently inspected (unless it is supposed to be some sort of project car, parts car, etc.). Ask me how I know. An inspection can point out some of the major things that may happen down the road (like a BRAND NEW EXHAUST!).
If you can say to a buyer "To meet inspection, it needs X, Y, and Z" is something that I find considerate--makes me feel like you aren't trying to pull a fast one. Of course, if you don't have it inspected, it is still their responsibility to get it checked out anyway, but I think it helps.
The bottom line is that you have a 12 year old car with 200,000 miles (that's 50 times across the US and back again!). Odds are that someone looking to buy a 92 9000 will be looking in the Saabnet classifieds, and will be aware of "typical" problems at that vintage and mileage. Knowing what it needs ahead of time will go a long way.
Good luck with your sale.
