I would want to see a detailed and comprehensive service history showing regular lubricant changes. If no repairs or replacements have been made during it's life the vehicle may be due for some heavy maintenance. I would certainly have an experienced Saab mechanic check the vehicle, but of course some things can test OK and fail tomorrow. I only had my car for a week when the electric fuel pump failed and that was expensive to have repaired.
One test that few people do is to have the vehicle standing for at least twelve hours and then check when you first start the vehicle to see if it blows smoke from the exhaust. (Possibly worn valve guides and seals) I failed to do this and found out later when I got the vehicle home. I would also put clean paper under the vehicle overnight to check for oil leaks.
Other more experienced readers hopefully will advise you what to look for in regard to the turbo.
Good luck
