nice. Love that "Imola Red". With a 9000 like yours, there are a couple of things I would do before seriously taking it on the road. Check your coolant hoses in general; the hose which exits the block on the driver's side and turns towards the firewall is usually a good gauge of the overall condition of the hoses (as a group). If this hose is squishy at the point where it exits the block and bends, I would recommend doing all of the hoses (and changing the coolant while you're at it, of course.) Give her the benefit of a new set of plugs, a clean air filter, change the oil (synthetic is no problem, and your turbocharger will love you for it. No need to flush, just change the oil.) I personally use Wix oil filters (#51085) and Mobil 1. Bleed the brakes and the clutch (I use Valvoline's synthetic brake fluid.) If your clutch still doesn't want to play ball, your slave cylinder may have bit the dust. This might actually be a boon, as you'd have to remove the transmission to get at the slave cylinder, anyway; while the trans is off the vehicle, you can empty the old oil from the trans (your transmission doesn't have a drain plug.) Post a follow-up, and let us know what you did and how it turned out. Really nice car.
