1. Sunroof leaks and doesnt line up correctly.
Have you cleared your sunroof drains? This is the first check to do. Search on "sunroof drains" on this BB and you'll find some great info. Otherwise, might be that the sunroof drain tubes are not well-sealed at the sunroof tray end. When I redid my headliner, and therefore had it out of the car, I applied a good outdoor silicone sealant. No leaks since.
As for aligning the sunroof, that's actually easy to do, if you're talking about the vertical alignment. Tilt the sunroof up, look under either outboard edge, and you'll see three torx screws (T25 or T27, I think). Loosen them, adjust the roof up or down to suit, slightly tighten, lower roof from tilt to close position. Check alignment. Repeat until you've got it where you like it.
2. Turbo skips under hard rpms and acceleration.
Sounds like either a hooter valve (also referred to as bypass valve or "BPV") or the BPC, which is mounted next to the radiator and has the three hoses coming out of it that run to the turbo. It's my guess that it's the latter part. Unfortunately, the hooter valve is only around $30, whereas the BPC is more like $169 (at eEuroparts). Both are easily removed and installed.
3. Leather is cracking in drivers seat.
Try the Leatherique product. I used this on my Aero's cracked driver's seat. In fact, I actually refinished the seat and restained it. No cracks now. Leatherique also makes a cleaner and conditioner which are quite good.
4. Buzz in speakers on AM stations when I brake.
Sounds like a bad ground to me. Check your various ground/earth wires.
5. Climate control only runs on high, I have had to pull the fuse so I dont burn the fan out till I can get it fixed.
Very typical problem on all 9000s. Sounds like the blower motor is done, or the regulator for that device ("regulator's" not the right term, but am brain-farting). Have you ever replaced your heater core and/or hvac blower motor? Not a fun job, but it can be done.
6. Passenger side headlight wiper isnt working.
Headlight wiper motors eventually get to this stage on all 9000s. Search on "headlight wiper," etc., on this BB, and there are some great pointers.
7. Highbeams only want to work sometimes.
Headlight relay solders are cracked. You can find this part in the relay housing in the engine bay, right near the battery. You can fix it yourself for free. Search on "headlight relay" on this BB to get good, detailed pointers.
8. Turn signal has a catch in it.
You mean with the turn signal stalk on the steering column? If so, I don't know how to repair that one.
9. Leak in my exhaust.
Look into the JT 3-inch system from downpipe back if you need to replace your system. Same cost as OEM base system, but the JT allows for better exhaust flow, which equals faster turbo spoolup and somewhere around 14hp gain over stock. All this, and a slightly better exhaust note that is not too loud. Taliaferro sells this system (one of the SAABNET sponsors).
Hope this helps!
