Honestly, your nagging problems would annoy the heck out of me. However, 5 out of 8 of your complaints are relatively simple to solve; Even if you take your car to a shop.
Other problems with Aero's that make life difficult include a burned up trans, worn axles, shot turbo, shot brakes, cracked/rusted exhaust, etc..
If you like the features/color/trans of your current car you might just work hard to find an indie shop that would like to help you out.

Oh, I lke my 94 Aero 5spd w/ out TCS, but would like a similar 95 so I could get the central locking. I also like my 94's black interior trim.
