Aero Stalls When Engine Hot

The post below is about a Volvo, but it describes the exact same problem I am having with my 1995 Aero. Is there an equivalent part on the Aero?
Or other ideas? The problem occurs when: a) I turn the engine off for a while (ex. 20 minutes) while I run an errand, or b) I get stuck in traffic after running hard for a while (ex. on the expressway). Always the same symptoms: the engine revs drop down to 300 or so and pushing the accelerator does nothing. Only solution is to shut off the engine, open the hood, wait 15 minutes, then restart and avoid traffic or errands! Dealer has not been able to diagnose even with a "Check - Engine" light visible. Thanks.

There may be other reasons why the car wont start when its warm. But having had the experience, I know that a bad temp sensor is one of the possible culprits. When I first turned it over it would sputter once, like it wanted to start. Then it would turn and turn without starting. But when the engine cooled down it would start as if nothing was wrong at all. After the temp sensor replacement, there was no more problem. In fact, at 130,000 mi Ive had no more problems with the car.
