I wonder sometimes, reading all the posts about the performance mods and like that, what kind of driving habits foks have here. Wife and I just about got killed crossing the street by the Oakland YMCA, not by a Saaber but by some knucklehead driving a BMW, young kid not thinking about the Hypocratic Oath we should all be reciting as we drive: First, do no harm.
It is fun, though. And it's hard to resist, given a car that obviously is built to do twice the top speeds on American/Canadian roads.
One thing to think about: any car these days will easily top 110 or 120 mph, even a lowly Escort or what have you. Is it such a big deal that the mighty 9K will go 145 or more?
Get thee to a track, young man!
