Seems to me that eEuro was offering a replacement brass or copper end from another car for lots more $$. The OEM is plastic end, and tends to leak at the junction of radiator and end cap. I think the brass end ones are supposed to last longer, but are not the original equipment.
I understand that the cores have been improved in the replacement OEM cores. Not sure what that improvement is.
