still no boost

Does the cruise control work?

YES


Does the speedometer work?

YES

Are ALL the vacuum lines attached and in good shape?

YES

With the W hose disconnected at the BPC will the motor produce boost?

NO CHANGE AT ALL

Is the BPC valve connector clean?

YES

It is very, very rare that base boost conditions are caused by the turbo.

NOW I HAVE NOTICED A RATTLE IN MY EXHAUST SYSTEM. CALL ME CRAZY BUT I AM PRETTY SURE THE ACTUAL WASTEGATE HAS REMOVED ITSELF SOMEHOW FROM WHERE IT IS CONNECTED AND IS NOW IN MY EXHAUST SYSTEM. WITH NO WASTEGATE THERE THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHERE ALL MY BOOST IS GOING.

NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW DO I FIX IT. I WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE DOWNPIPE WHICH IS EASY BUT RE-INSTALLING IT MAY BE AN ISSUE.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A NEW WASTEGATE?
