$160 for OEM slave cylinder (DO NOT TRY AFTERMARKET IN MY EXPERIENCE AS I JUST DID THE JOB TWICE DUE TO CHEAP AFTERMARKET SLAVE FAILURE IN ONE DAY)
you'll want to replace the flex line from the resevoir to the clutch master, and the flex line from the clutch master to the steel line coming out of the slave. the line from the slave, unless it is failed and that is your culprit, is probably fine to just clean rather than replace
clutch is up to you, $229 + a little labor, but at 78,000 miles you might have another 100,000 miles of driving on it without a problem
rear main seal is out of my experience. i've been told to both leave it alone if it's fine, and replace it, i'm not sure of their failure rate, but i've had seals fail within a year of having them done, whereas the original ones seem to last a VERY LONG TIME
if you're not planning on investing a lot in this car, you may want to wait on the rear main seal unless it looks like it needs it
can you do it yourself??
if not, figure labor x 6 hours + parts and start there. an experience mech shouldn't take much longer if I can do it in 6 - 8 hours and i'm not experienced at all.
