I've never heard of an alarm system cutting all power to the electrical system; factory alarms usually just cut the starter circuit to avoid risk of a failure killing the engine while driving.
I would guess it's your battery connection/cables, except your description makes it seem like a daily routine for a month or so, which would be very unlikely that it would keep restoring itself on its own.
Do your parking lights go completely out when you lose power? It should be an independent circuit from the ignition switch, alarm, etc, so if it goes out, it must be your power connections to the battery, either the postitive cable or ground.
