Or have any personal experience with the brand? Well I can tell you that both our 900 and my 9000 are way cheaper to maintain than our E320 because that damn Benz always is breaking down, and its usually a fortune to replace. In fact it, it just came back from the dealer with a $2,500 bill for just misc stuff. Mercedes definitely have their share of problems and the parts cost more too.
If you want Honda reliabilty, go buy a Honda and lose everything that Saab has to offer. It'll be boring as hell but it won't be so "troublesome."
And by the way, I've never experienced any of the problems in any of my Saabs that you listed, and I've got 133k on the 9000, 90K on the current NG900 and had about 110K on the old C900 when I got rid of it.
I assume this thread will be deleted.
