Well I read over your BPC test and followed it step by step.
Removed the BPC, put a hose on the W nipple and added batt pwr to the middle connector, touched one side with the neg. Was able to blow through the W hose and air came out of the R nipple only. Then I touched the other side connector with the neg. from the batt. and it sparked and clicked. Now I was only able to blow through the C nipple.
from your post you say no air should be able the be blown through but then you go on to say
""So... as i stated above, if air is able to bleed from the C hose connection to the W hose connection, NO MATTER WHAT SIDE IS CHARGED, then your BPC is bad.""
""If one of the sides you charged causes a seal, then the BPC is still good! And it's NOT your problem in your turbo system! ""
Dont get me wrong your procedure is greatly appreciated .
But I am a bit confused as to "seal" part. Essentially one side of mine did seal thus casuing it to blow out the other nipple.
Nice aero by the way. What type and size of wheels are they? I am intersted in getting some aftermarket ones.
