There are two bushing on each lower control arm. From my experience, the rear is more prone to fail than the front. This is fortunate since the rear is easy to replace, the front is much tougher, you have to make a special tool to squeeze of the old while pushing in the new. I changed just the rear bushings on my 92 9KT and my wife's 93 CSE. The 92's originals looked ok, but the car rode much better afterwards, possibly due to the new struts, strut bearing, sway bar bushings, ball joints that I replaced at the same time. The rear bushings on my 93 CSE (216K miles) were total trash.I had lots of "after shocks" from bumps. They're all gone now.
One word of caution, remember to tighten the control arm bolts well after installation. I felt the two bolts on the front of one of the control arms not as tight as they should be. This caused some bouncyness (on the 93), but this went away after properly torquing.
