Yes, it could be DI, but you may not have a DI-equipped car - you didn't provide a year. Also, I noticed you use Km, so we shouldn't assume it's a North American market car.
Things that come to mind are DI cassette, or Air Mass Meter (AMM), if the car is so equipped. Does it happen at a particular engine RPM? Is 40Kph in 2nd about the same as 70 kph in 5th? Does it happen at a particular part in the engine warm up? Like around 5 minutes after startup, for example? That could point to an issue in an electronic part/sensor, as it warms up.
