Those TPS measurements should be made with the connector off the TPS, measured right on the TPS pins. The TPS is a variable resistor. The reason I said to turn the ignition off is that you don't want the engine running when messing with the throttle.
With all this deep down in the guts of how to test things, I know I've lost sight of the goal. Sometimes one gets so wrapped up in figuring out how to test something, we forget what the problem was.
I take it that you have a hot start problem. How does the car run after starting? Does it accelerate OK? How is the gas mileage? What do the spark plugs look like? Are they a nice light grey, or are they black?
The three codes you have are all mixture codes. The CEL means that the ECU knows something is quite wrong. The ECU doesn't set the CEL until something is pretty wrong.
Hot start issues can occur for a couple of reasons. The one we like to go after is that some component doesn't work well when hot - like the CPS. That's a good assumption, except if the car runs. A running car is hot, so if the part doesn't work hot, why does the car still run? The exception would be some component that's involved primarily in starting.
The big difference between cold and hot start is mixture. Cold starting requires a lot more fuel, so there is a lot of extra enrichment going on. Hot starting is done with a lot less fuel. Now, if for some reason the cold start enrichment happens when warm, the engine will be a bear to start because it's being flooded. This could be because the ECU thinks the engine is cold when it isn't, or a component is otherwise busted and stuffing in too much fuel.
So, some questions -
Is your car equipped with a Cold Start injector? Some cars were in some markets. It would be what looks like a fuel injector, right at the throttle. It would have a fuel line going to it.
How do the spark plugs look?
How does the car drive? Is it driveable? How is the throttle response?
