I learned to drive in my parents' '92 9000S (Regular leather Saab seats) and recently purchased a used Aero for myself. I knew the seats were going to be much different...and my first couple of long days in them I was a bit less-than-totally-excited about the seats. I have, as turrbo mentioned below, grown to like them and they've become more and more comfortable. I personally wouldn't trade them for my parents' seats (although I still find those to be VERY nice seats).
Give it a try for a while and see what you think. As mentioned, I'm pretty sure you'll have no problem getting rid of them...you might even find someone who'll do a trade (And pay you some money, of course!!)
