...this is the 93 Aero in the classifieds, yes? As long as you're familiar with the workings of 9000 bits, there doesn't seem to be anything glaring here to stop you.
Calipers? Easy enough, not too expensive either. No TCS issues are listed here, so you may have a worry-free TCS existence. Usually they either work or they don't.
I would think for the price you've got a cheap enough car that in the event it's a total disaster, you can bail out for nearly what you have into it. You could sell off parts and get your money back if the parts are in decent shape.
I think it sounds like a worthy risk if you've got some time and the space to do the work.
Not sure what might cause an evap valve code, by the way, but I don't think it would be difficult to replace it (or expensive, necessarily). However I've had the occasional evap line pop off the charcoal canister and cause CELs. Just shove the hose back on and you're all set.
