There is a switch kit sold. Site sponsors such as eeuroparts have it. The reason you need a switch is the TCS off button has to be pressed on every restart, so though you could probably do without the switch, you'd have to "switch the wires" every time you went somewhere. I bet you could do a less expensive kit yourself with some wire and an extra foglight switch panel from the junkyard
I too have a '93 Aero, red. Congrats on your acquisition, must be nice to have a new paint job.!The instructions for installing the kit are on Quasi's site (quasimotors, do a google search).
