I have never encountered the two KDW fault codes but it indicates that it might be something wrong with the KDW motor itself.
The book talks about doing a torque test of KDW motor if those two codes show up.
Remove the motor from car. Hook up a battery to pin 1 and 7 BUT! lead the positive wire through a 21W light bulb.
Move the actuator lever back and forth through its whole range and study the light bulb. If it varies widely in brightness, the motor is bad.
It's not possible to complete a calibration sequens if any codes are present, this usually goes for the LH, DI/APC, ABS and ETS ECUs.
