Jumper fuse 14 to 22 without key in ignition. The fuel pump should turn if it is good. Make sure you have gas in the tank first.
Fuel pump replacement is easy. You need a home made tool to open the plastic flange. Check the archive. I think 94 is the model year when fuel pump design is changed. It costs close to $400 from site sponsors. You also want to be very careful removing the fuel line connectors on the pump. In this frigid cold weather, it may break. I'd open all windows and door to use a heat gun to soften the connection before attempting to pull it. Use a twisting motion to pull up on the connector. Do it before the flange is loose. It is a 15 minutes job if everything goes smooth.
