Idler pulley, tensioner pulley and belt is all you need. But for peace of mind, check the tensioner shock to make sure it's not leaking or wobbly and no bolts are loose anywhere in the assembly. The tensioner itself rarely fails, unless it lost it's oil. Turning the wheel to gain access is not enough. Best is to remove the wheel and the front half of the plastic wheel well liner. You may also do it with only removing the oval rubber access hole in the liner, but it's tight. After removing the liner, it's a 15 minute job (just remember, the tensioner pulley bolt is reverse threaded - turn clockwise to loosen with a 19mm socket).
