Dies but not dead

My 92KT 5 speed with 155k miles cut out with "no warning". Well with throttle steady; it has been acting as though I am letting the throttle off for a split second at times but not every time I drive. A few months ago it cut out while driving after 15 minutes and would not fire at all when turning ignition back on. After about one hour I replaced DI and she started right up. At times, it continued to act as though I am letting the throttle off for a split second. Well this past week, it cut out after a half an hour of driving (Temp gauge reads normal and outside temp was about 32 deg F , 0 deg C. Again no fire when cranking but after 15 min of sitting (cooling?) she fired up and ran about another 10 min. Again no fire right away but this time I let it sit for ½ hour and it started right up and got me the other ½ hour to home. Because I assumed it was temp related, I kept the RPMs down. I only use good NGK BCPR7ES plugs with.039" gap +/- .001". About 1000 miles ago I put in a new fuel pump thinking that may be related also about 10K miles ago I put on a new throttle body which did take care of the “limp home mode”. Any help is much appreciated…. Todd
