If you look at the numbers around the pins on the relays it will give you more clues.
I don't know what that 137 relay is but my books says that the main system and fuel pump relays should both be 8536401 which is Bosch 0332015006 or 012. It could also be called 001 or 013 if a diode is needed between pin 85 and 86.
If you turn the relay upside down and read the pin numbers, the 8536401 should read 87b in the middle, 30 below, 87 on top, 85 to right and 86 to the left.
If that 137 relay you have , have any other numbers for the pins it wont work.
And if you study the 8522310 relay it have only 4 pins not 5 (87b is missing).
The center pin (87b) and the 87 pin is cruicial in this scenario. If the other relay (137) show 87a and 87 it is operating completly opposite of what you want.
