keep hitting the past posts, i found a great one that even lists the mm sizes required.

basically, the s.wheel is surrounded by plastic...plastic is held by a few screws from the bottom. Get under the s.wheel and unscrew them. Then the plastic comes out in two pieces. One piece above - one below.

Then remove the turn signal/cruise stalk(unplug and then it slides out). Next, move the telescope locking handle and you'll see a bolt held by two nuts. I cannot remember the size (find older post) and hold the passenger-side bolt steady and tighten the nut on driver-side. As you tighten, work the handle to ensure you do not overtighten.
Reattach in reverse order and that's it.
Works like a charm and takes about 30 mins.
