One check for inner driver wear is under hard acceleration on uphill turns. If, say, the vibration is more pronounced turning right, it's likely the left driver and vice versa. To check for sure, disconnect the strut from the swivel member, loosen the inner boot and pull the axle and tripod bearing out of the cup. Clean up the mess that ensues and check the driver for indentations where it contacts the tripod bearing.
