You adjust the tie rod ends

This is the piece on each end of the steering rack that pushes (or pulls) the back of the hub/spindle assembly to turn the wheels left or right. There is a locking nut (typically) and also a section (toward the rack) that rotates exposing or covering threads in the tie rod end. You lengthen one side and shorten the opposite side (by an equal number of turns) until the wheel is where you want it. You may have to actually drive the car a couple of times to determine what effect your changes are having. If you keep track of the number of turns, you shouldn't change the toe-in alignment of the car. (Otherwise, might as well have a front end man do all.) This is not difficult.
