Well, I'm half an inch shorter than you with a longish body and have the same problem but it doesn't stop me enjoying my 9000!
I feel that the electrically-operated seats don't go down quite as far as the manual ones (having had both) and of course the glass sunroof steals some headroom. But if you are looking at a CS I imagine the car is free of these fripperies.
They do sag with age - I weigh about 205 lbs and by the time my old car had 148k miles on it the seat had settled quite nicely. But my current car has 84k and the seat is still quite perky, thank you.
I really feel you would adjust to the headroom in a 9000 and appreciate all the other things that make it such a special, individual package. For my taste, however, the package is even better with a CSE (or Aero) and the extra luxury and performance attached (depending on the spec of the car you're looking at, of course).
