OK guys, Help me get my daughter's car started...

The '95 CS automatic we got for my daughter in February has been sitting, awaiting (a) decent weather to work on it, and (b) my daughter to get her license. (coming in a 2-3 weeks). We drove it some before shutting it down for rest of the winter. Worked fine, ran great.
Now it turns over and tries to start, but won't run. My first thought was water in the gas. I had a brain cramp when we put it away and didn't fill the tank (it was 1/3 full) or use fuel preservative or dry gas. I have added 2.5 gals of fresh gas and 3 bottles of dry gas. It still tries to fire but won't catch. With the new gas today, it was better than last night, but still won't fire up.
It has:
New NGK plugs, gapped correctly
New fuel filter (today)
DI is recent (10 months). I also swapped the DI with my spare DI (new). Still no go.
Fuel pump operates and has about 5K or so on it. We are getting gas to the engine--pulled plugs to check. (Only pulled one though.)
There are no codes on the EDU
The old battery was toast, so it has a fresh Interstate battery. It did sit for a while with a dead battery.
My sense is it's a fuel issue.
What else can I check? Fuel pressure regulator? Since it really won't fire up, I tend to doubt it's injectors--and they all wouldn't die at once anyway.
OTOH, would it matter to the ECU that the thing had no juice going to it for a few weeks?
