I bought TRW tie rod ends from europarts. 19.+ each. They supposedly are what Saab uses - you just don't pay for the pretty blue box. Replace them both and your ball joints too. There's a whole list of things that could be replaced here - lower control arm bushings, struts. In the end, you wil need an alignment.
