My '93 Aero has had some intermittent TCS problems of late. Initially it would go into LHM with the TCS CTNL light when lifting off of full throttle. The CE light came on and the flash codes were 5 and 7. Initially I found the vacuum hose to the bottom of the throttle body off. This week I replaced all the vacuum hoses with new silicone hoses since several were in terrible shape. No luck, as soon as I let off full throttle it died. I was able to drive it home in LHM. After 30 minutes or so it would crank right up again, no CE light, no LHM. Then on the way home from the office this week it went into LHM twice on the interstate. A restart got it going again.

This morning I checked the 7 pin connector (I'm assuming pin 1 is at the top) on the throttle body, when cold, and found these voltages:
Between 1 & 7: 1.5 Ohms
Between 2 & 6: 900 Ohms
2 & 4: 800 Ohms (throttle closed)
350 Ohms (throttle open)
4 & 6: 180 Ohms (throttle closed)
400 Ohms (throttle open)
3 & 5: 27k Ohms (throttle closed)
540 Ohms (throttle open)

The connector looked fine no signs of corrosion but I swiped it a bit anyway with some 600 grit sandpaper.

Put the connector back on then cleaned out the throttle body as much as I could with some citrus based degreaser. A bit of black gook came out. Put the hose back on. All this included opening the throttle by hand at the throttle body connector.

Now it stalls immediately when I try to crank it. It idles a bit at around 300rpm but the throttle feels like it is in LHM but no CE light. But just as soon as I touch the throttle, it stalls. Just in case, I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and retried. No change. It will crank if I give it full throttle but as soon I let off a little bit it dies.

Any help is appreciated, even if just enough to drive it somewhere.
