Did this this past weekend on a 95cse.
There is only one rear main seal you'd want to replace. You may want to replace the transmission shift selector rod seal. That's about it on the rear. Many people replace the slave. I didn't. If you do, be prepared to extract the torx screws. They are very tight.
Since you are pulling the drive train, do the front too. The seal varies from model year to model year. If yours is post 94, there is a front crank seal and an o-ring for the oil pump cover.
Depending on mileage, timing chain guides are also a consideration. I found the timing chain and guides are still very good on my 95 cse at 120k miles. I replaced the complete guide set anyway.
If you do the above, you need to reseal the rear plate, aump pan and timing cover.
