Fabulous deal. Water pump, fuel pump, alternator, tires, breaks are going to add up, and definitely add on for heater core, blower motor, and probably DI. There's too many unanswered questions with this car...like why did the engine seize? My guess is the car wasn't well cared for, because these engines don't just "seize" by themselves.
With the good availabilty of these cars at great prices, I think I'd keep looking unless you like doing DIY stuff.
BTW, the LPT CS cars had no boost gauge. The will feel more sluggish than your 900SET because its a LPT. If you convert it to FPT, it will blow the doors off your 900.
