All you need is a BPC valve and a used ECU from a FPT car. Total cost for my LPT to FPT conversion: $26 plus the vacuum lines for the BPC.
These engines can produce (and have produced) up to 400 hp with no major internal modifications. Not unless you plan on going crazy would you need to upgrade all the things you listed.
And by the way, the T5 Saabs have no air mass meters. Thats what the MAP sensor is for :)
