Unless you see definite signs of damage to the flywheel (and you almost certainly won't), there's no need to turn it. Victor, for instance, was certainly right to turn his.
Just give it a good cleanup (not obsessive but get rid of any grit/grunge) with a dry Scotch Brite pad, spray with brake cleaner, and you're good to go.
Definitely DO NOT rebuild the slave. It will fail again. Replace it, using a Saab part, not aftermarket. I've been there and don't want you to be.
