Showing blown bulbs?

The "info" center on the dash of my Saab 9k is showing blown rear bulbs when I press on the brakes but they are not blown? The circuit boards look mint with no corrosion at all, but there is also a clicking noise everytime I press the brakes when the warning comes on? What could this be?
Thanks in advance!
