Brake Judder on New EBC Rotors and Pads

I have had new EBC Green STuff Pads with EBC slotted rotos for about 4000 miles. I am already experiencing brake judder when braking at highway speeds. I can't belive my rotors would be warped already. I experienced the same pattern with Brembo rotors that were installed just last October. Is there anything else I should look at that might cause brake judder? Someone suggested worn bearings.
