As far as I know the only relays are under the passenger's seat, the two green ones. I'm in the process of fitting electric seats so was looking underneath one the other night - I had them hooked up to check the electrics before changing over the upholstery. For what it's worth, I did find that with only one relay in place the driver's seat didn't work but with both, it did. So maybe one of your relays is up the duff.

Also found that the two-wire connector to one of my motors had fallen off, and that was almost too easy to plug back in, so maybe there could be a loose connection there? There are separate motors to lift the front and rear of the seat - my driver's seat would go up and down at the back but not at the front, which sounds like your problem.

Finally, the seats are fused individually. They are 30A fuses - maybe the driver's side fuse got swapped for a lighter one and has blown.
