Alignment troubles

I have a '96 9000 CS, 5-spd w/ 90k on it. I bought it used. I guess it had been in an accident before I bouight it.
Here is the problem. I noticed the car pulled to the left and had a slight shimmy at speed. I went to Firestone today and got the front tires balanced and the alignment done. They said that the car was wacked so hard ( in the passanger side rear) that they can not align it. They think the rear axle could be bent. Does this sound feasible?
Here were the numbers before the alignment
FRONT
Camber L=-0.92, R=-1.35
Cross Camber 0.43
Caster L=1.59, R=1.55
Cross Caster 0.03
Toe L=.22, R=-0.01
Total Toe=0.21
REAR
Camber L=-0.57, R=-2.05
Cross Camber 1.47
Toe L=0.08, R=-0.11
Total Toe=-0.02
Thrust Angle=0.09
Here are the numbers after the alignment
FRONT
Camber L=-0.87, R=-1.40
Cross Camber 0.54
Caster L=1.59, R=1.55
Cross Caster 0.03
Toe L=0.16, R=0.o4
Total Toe=0.20
REAR
Camber L=-0.51, R=-2.08
Cross Camber 1.58
Toe L=0.07, R=-0.09
Total Toe=-0.03
Thrust Angle=0.08
The car now pulls to the right. I am really bummed.
Any possible solutions would be appreciated.
TIA,
-Peter
