The rear axle on a 9000 is a one-piece unit, a straight piece of tube and a couple drop-ends welded on.
The camber and side-to-side toe numbers are fixed by the axle structure. If the axle isn't centered under the car it's a Panhard rod problem, if the axle isn't perpendicular to the centerline of the car (thrust angle, side-to-side toe) then maybe a trailing-arm problem, but caster and total toe are fixed in the axle.
A traditional Saab design, but one that went away after the 9000; the 9-3 has a very different suspension layout.
