Hello.
I have an 87 9000T with a 2.3L head, RRFR, 3" exhaust, larger injectors, HP turbo wastegate, SPG9 vaccum retard ect ect. I want to detune the car so she passes smog below is my data and questions.
SMOG INFO
===================================================================
My stock performance set up.
1) I had the air mass set at 315 Ohms (Left to right pins 3 and 6) running 18% BTDC timing and was running the adjustable fuel regulator 1-1 at 42 PSI. The car runs strong and will hold 4/5 red boost
2) These are the adjustment I made before I try to pass smog, I turned the air mass meter screw 3 turns CCW now it's reading 100 ohms (Left to right pins 3 and 6), I set the timing to 10% and backed the fuel pressure down to 20 PSI.
3) Can you let me know if my #2( smog adjustments are correct or way off and if my 1) performance adjustments are spot on?
