So he's done this twice? Was this with the same ECU software? I've never heard of that happening before, and I know there are *many* people with 300+HP 9k Aeros and several with ~400-450HP with stock internals. What hardware modifications did the first Aero have?
Without knowing more it's impossible to say exactly why it happened, but again I certainly don't think it was because of weak internals or block. There have been reports of the Speedparts ECU's running lean. So I think that's what happened. Or like I said it could also be a missed shift. Detonation, overheating, overreving are basically the only ways to wreck a sound B234 like that, at 300HP.
