I'm not familiar with the specifics of motor flush products, but it seems like if you were in the "rinse cycle" whatever the stuff is would have to be light viscosity and solvent-like to dissolve and carry away the gunk. This by itself could result in low oil pressure. Return oil passages could become plugged by the gunk, and that would do it too. When the engine dies or when you try to restart it, does it seem bound up? Is there any clatter, knocking, or other noise when it's running?
If it's any consolation an acquaintance of mine was complaining about how noisy her 9k was. There wasn't any oil on the dipstick. I put in the one quart I had with me and told her she shouldn't drive the car until it had enough oil. She said she didn't have time to deal with it and drove away. She must have put oil in it at some point because the car is still running.
Good Luck.
