Replacing the rotors is just a few more steps in the process of changing the pads. You just remove the pad carrier (two bolts) and the disc. I too had to drill out a #40 torx screw on the front disk. Quasi's site is good for the front pads, Townsend's is great for the rear (http://townsendimports.com/Web/brake_folder/rearbrakewebrake.htm). The rears are actually harder to do since you have to mess around with the emergency brake. If I can add a few things: Make sure you have enough brake cleaner. I used 2 cans for all for, but would have loved to have 3. Some small toothbrush sized wire brushes are a must too, and be sure to clean the wheel mating surface as well. Make sure you have a pan to catch all the cleaner and gunk, I used a cheap aluminum turkey pan from the supermarket. Spray some liquid wrench on the front rotor torx screws from both sides. Use a Torx socket with leverage (I did, but still had to drill one out) Have some antiseize grease for the slide pins and some blue loctite for them too. Leave the parking brake on so you can loosen the disc locating pin before you start on the rears, don't forget to take it off. Make sure you have a breaker bar, as most of my bolts were very tight. You can do it with the system closed, but you might want to bleed the system when you are done. Make sure you have a way to compress the front pistons. I used a c-clamp which worked fine. That's about all the tips I have, hope this helps.
