Bad accumulator or master cylinder? Is M/C rebuildable?

On my 1993 CS Turbo (ABS and the dreaded TCS), the power boost has gone completely. I can get the pump to run, but there's no rise in the brake pedal or drop in the fluid level in the master cylinder.
Is this most likely to be a bad pressure accumulator or the master cylinder? I do not see any evidence of a fluid leak.
If it's the master cylinder, has anybody on this board ever successfully rebuilt one?
If it's the pressure accumulator, how do I take it off so I can inspect it?
Oh, and my TCS light comes on about 30 seconds after I've turned on the ignitioin (but does NOT go into limp-home mode), and the ABS light does NOT. Coincidentally, the pump relay also failed, and I think the TCS system either doesn't like the failed relay, or doesn't like the lack of pressure in the system.
And finally, I did the bleeding the old-school way -- one person pumping and the other opening and closing the bleed valve. It's been suggested that because the travel of the piston in the m/c exceeded its usual limits, it might have encountered rough/corroded areas that would trash the seals. Does this sound reasonable? If so, it seems to me that a rebuild would work with some fine sanding down of any rough areas (and using pressure to bleed the next time).
Thank for any help.
