Anything is possible with enough $. Realistically I'd say you can't get rid of TCS. Like I said before, there really isn't anything to be overly concerned about on a 95 w/TCS...much more reliable then the earlier years. Replace all the vaccum lines like I said and possibly the check valve on the false bulkhead for peace of mind. Usually what fails is either the runoff valve located near the MAP sensor or the cruise control safety valve near the battery. Honestly, I don't think you'll have any problems, especially if the car has a new throttle body or any of those aformentioned parts. I say go for the 95...TCS shouldn't scare you away from the right car. Prior to owning my 95 Aero, TCS I had a non-TCS 5 spd CSE of the same year. I asked the same questions as you, but for the price and condition of one car over the other, I'm glad I made the switch. If anything ever goes amiss with TCS that you can't easily figure out, just ask here!
SQR Stage 4, claimed 306hp. If you're looking for an ECU this is the way to go...Frank of SQR is the go to guy when it comes to this stuff.
