The ride did become slightly more comfortable after removing the poly end-link bushings and replacing them with oem rubber. I noticed that immediately on the first ride out. I still have the poly in the front control arms and the rear sway bar chassis. Again, this is all with the Aero suspension, so it's already a little firmer of a ride than the CSE suspension. But I am comparing the ride before and after removing the poly end link bushings.
The ride was not unbearable, and I will probably do this mod again. I do miss the better performance I was getting. I just want to find a way to keep the top bushing in the end link from being mutilated by the movement of the sway bar. Unfortunately, the SAS end-links will not work with the oem Saab front sway bar as it is 19mm. I'm sure you could probably shove a poly bushing into the top of the end link (such as a shock bushing) and hope that it would hold.
