I have a 96 CS Turbo that is runninng great at 140k. Once they get to be 10 yrs old they have no value on the used market so neither of your older ones will fetch much. With that in mind, I'd keep the newer 9000 and off the older 900 although you may have a strong attachment there. The 9000 is a better car imho, and once you fix the HG (if blown) it will run a long time. I overheated mine due to a bad t-stat and was sure I'd blown the HG but it turned out to be fine. They are strong engines.
Last point, I find keeping old and rarely used vehicles around to be expensive and distracting, so always best to thin the herd and get down to one or two good vehicles. I am very satsified now with just my 9000, a BMW motorcycle, and 3 bicycles. Good luck and Happy new Year.
