Two things to try:

1. Recalibrate the system by press and releasing the 'AUTO' and vent buttons simultaneously. Depending on which ACC you have, it will display error codes or the number of error codes the system finds. You'd like to see '00'. Once the temp display comes back, it's done. The ACC uses stepper motors to control the air distribution and blend door but needs the calibration to figure out which position it is in. You also need to do this every time the battery is disconnected. Search the site for 'ACC calibration'.

2. If everything works but the heat, you may have a broken blend door arm and/or shaft. There is a dealer kit for the arm, but if it needs the door replaced, you're in for a lot more work. Search the site for 'blend door' and you'll get a lot of info.
