Saab 9000s. It has some unique parts which may make it more expensive to repair. The TCS, or Traction Control System, is a potential time bomb.
Other posters have told you things to look for, there are others. If you have a friend who is car-knowledgeable have him/her go with you. Also, you should DEFINITELY take the car to a mechanic who *knows Saabs*. I fix my own cars and I still take any Saab I'm considering to my indy Saab mechanic for a look-see.
These are wonderful cars--my daughter drives one of mine--but they can be a money pit if you buy one that hasn't been taken care of. You don't say what the mileage is, but know that you could be hitting a "wear cycle" when a number of things need replacing. Once over that hump you should be OK. But go in knowing that you'll have to spend bucks on some repairs and budget for it.
If you like the car, come back here with more info and we'll all do what we can to help.
